Randy Maxwell is a lifelong Hoosier who believes in hard work, family, and community. Before serving in the Indiana Senate, Randy built a successful business right here in southeast Indiana — creating jobs, meeting payroll, and learning what it takes to make things work in the real world. That experience taught him the value of fiscal responsibility, common sense, and keeping government out of the way of small businesses and families trying to get ahead.

Randy and his wife Robin have deep roots in this community. They’ve raised their three children here, supported their local schools and churches, and seen firsthand how strong families and small towns are the heart of Indiana. These values guide everything Randy does at the Statehouse.
